Component handling is minimized while high volume requirements and tight lead times are readily met. Manual programming stations are available to meet specific application needs.
Because of our long-standing relationships with equipment and device manufacturers, we are kept informed of the latest technological advancements. And, we can process nearly all package and product types including:
SPLDs, CPLDs, FPGAs, NVM, ISPs, DSPs (Flash and EPROM), Programmable Microcontrollers (Flash and OTP), EPROMS and Serial EPROMS.
Turnkey Programming Services:
Source Electronics provides turnkey programming services to their customers through their Materials Management programs. The convenience and flexibility of this service gives our customers the competitive advantage by getting their products to market faster. With over a decade of experience with programmable logic, customers are confident in the quality of the products and services they receive.
After reviewing your bill of materials, we will schedule the purchase of your programmable devices to meet your production requirements. Our Technical Support team will create First Article/Sample pieces for your approval prior to scheduling your devices in the production process. Once we receive your approval, your product will be programmed to your specification and delivered to its final destination.
Once the information is in our system, you have several options available for you to place your orders. These options include: calling in your order to your account representative, using our Customer Support Center to place your order on-line, faxing your orders, or if your company has the infrastructure you can place your orders via an EDI feed. No matter how you choose to give us the information, your orders will be processed to your specification and ready for use.
A wide variety of Materials Management programs are available to meet JIT delivery, reducing overall cost of ownership
When processing components, we use proprietary software to make certain that process controls (such as using correct revisions) are in place and functioning properly. This software provides traceability for all products in the manufacturing process. Our facilities are networked enabling seamless processing capabilities.
Marking Capabilities
- Laser Marking – permanent marking, high process reliability
- Ink Marking – automated high quality pad and offset printing (white or blue ink)
- Labeling – high temperature polyimide (kapton) labels available in any size
Facilities
Source Electronics was the first programming company in the industry to achieve ISO9002 and QS9000 registration. With the inclusion of QS9000 specifications in to ISO/TS 16949:2002; we became the first programming company in the industry to acquire registration. In addition, Source operates in an ESD Class "0" environment; the highest level of protection for static-sensitive devices.
